The Gravel adventure in the Ore Mountains awaits you!

The Ore Mountains and your gravel bike: these are two things that could hardly fit together more perfectly. Why - you ask? Because the joy of biking here is simply boundless and the landscape is as diverse as your gravel.

Once in your stride, you'll rush through deep, cool forests, wide fields and picturesque towns. Tough climbs take you up mountains where pure summit bliss awaits you. From up there, you'll gaze for miles into the rugged Ore Mountains landscape and sense a network of natural forest trails, well-maintained forest roads, and picturesque roads connecting the towns in the valleys. In this interplay of diverse terrains, you'll embark on your dream route through a region filled with history and stories. Marked by over 800 years of mining, you are guaranteed to find a little adventure along the way. It's worth taking short breaks every now and then to discover the UNESCO World Heritage region - regardless of whether you're stopping off-road in the middle of the forest or on the road at a museum.

Sweat on your brow and a smile on your face - if you've ever toured the Ore Mountains by bike, you know where driving fun and adventure are at home. And you always have the choice of whether you want to make more demanding, proud altitude meters or rather chill out grooving through the idyllic river valleys and cover many kilometers at a time. When you gravel in the Ore Mountains, you're moving through a landscape where the Stoneman is at home in the west and the imposing wooden gates of the Blockline await you in the east. And then there was the subject of boundless. Just as you automatically set yourself new goals and overcome inner limits, you are also on the road without limits in two countries at the same time. You effortlessly jump back and forth between the Ore Mountains Highway on the Bohemian side and the Saxon Central Uplands long-distance cycle route on the German side. The Ore Mountain ridge is the most strenuous part. You have to overcome it to switch sides, so to speak. You will be rewarded with dream scenery rich in lush mountain meadows, rugged forests and countless places full of history, art and culture. And as lonely as the landscape along the Ore Mountains can be, sometimes surprising culinary places full of warmth and a sense of home open up.

What are you waiting for? Grab your two-wheeled all-rounder and set off on your cycling adventure in the Ore Mountains!
